Terms and conditions

Order:

Coaching services are ordered through the form available on our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms.

After placing the order, the coaching will begin on the agreed date. The order is ongoing until it is cancelled.

Right of Cancellation:

The ordered coaching service can be cancelled free of charge no later than 7 days before the start date of the coaching. After this, the standard termination terms apply.

Right of Termination:

The subscription for monthly coaching services is ongoing until the customer cancels the subscription.

The notice period for terminating the coaching subscription is one calendar month. A terminated subscription ends at the end of the following calendar month.

Termination must be submitted in writing via email to the service provider.

If payment for the service has not been made by the due date, the service provider has the right to terminate the service and stop providing the service to the customer immediately.

Liability:

The service provider is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur.

The customer is responsible for having adequate and necessary insurance coverage. The customer must ensure sufficient physical condition and health status before starting the service.

Other:

We reserve the right to make changes to the content and pricing of the service if deemed necessary.
