Terms and Conditions of Service

Orders

Coaching services are ordered through the form available on our website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions. Once the order is confirmed, coaching will begin on the agreed start date. The subscription is ongoing until it is canceled.

Right to Cancel

Coaching services may be canceled free of charge up to seven (7) days before the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this period will be subject to the standard termination policy.

Termination of Service

Monthly coaching subscriptions are continuous until canceled by the customer. The notice period for termination is one calendar month. A terminated subscription will end at the conclusion of the following calendar month (e.g., if you terminate in January, your service ends on the last day of February). All termination notices must be submitted in writing via email to the service provider. If a payment is not made by the due date, the service provider reserves the right to terminate the service and cease delivery immediately.

Liability and Insurance

The service provider is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the coaching period. The customer is responsible for maintaining their own sufficient and necessary insurance coverage. The customer must also ensure they are in adequate physical and medical condition to participate in the training before the service begins.

Other Provisions

We reserve the right to make changes to the content of the services and our pricing as we deem necessary.
