We are national-level top runners and have also represented Finland on the international stage. Running is a way of life for us, something we genuinely enjoy as part of our everyday routine. Our goal is to make running motivating, effective, and above all enjoyable for you as well.
Through our own training, working with different coaches and athletes, and experiencing various running cultures and environments, we have built valuable knowledge and expertise in endurance training. For example, we have spent extended periods training in Kenya and studying and competing in the United States at the university level.
These experiences have given us a strong understanding of how to structure training effectively for runners of all levels. Now, we want to offer you the opportunity to benefit from our knowledge and use it to support your own development.
